Food safety and environmental monitoring help ensure your finished product and the processing line is free of contamination. Each food product varies by ingredient and analysis. Products using say raw chicken, would require Salmonella testing of their final product and the processing line. We can work with you to see what would be the best choice of microbes to test. Our most common test done on finished products and production line swabbing are:

  • Salmonella
  • E. coli
  • Staph. Aureus
  • Yeast and Mold
  • Listeria

Each of these, as well as allergens, are tested to validate your products safety and that your processing lines are free of contamination. We also perform production line swabbing after the line has been cleaned. This again validates your cleaning program for your food safety and HACCP plan.

Our team will work with you, your QA/QC team and anyone involved in this food safety program. We can help you develop a food safety program that has lab certified reports that can be used to show clients, food inspectors, etc. of your food safety standards.

We can train your staff on how to sample, or we can send one of our field technicians to your facility (Southern California Only) to collect the samples. We also have the option of online Zoom training for companies outside of our area.

Once samples are taken and received, we can have a report to you in as little as 24hrs (depending on the analysis and rush services).

We currently provide these services for Fast Food Restaurant, Pet Food Manufactures, Growing Facilities, All Food Manufacturing, Supplements and Import/Export Companies.

After we receive your payment, we’ll email you our Lab Product Information Form.
Please fill out the form and include it with your samples.

Ship your samples and form

You will need to ship 4oz of finished product to our lab.
FedEx or UPS / 1 or 2 day air
No glass containers, please.
If refrigerated, pack with cold packs.
Include your completed Lab Information Form.

We'll email your results

If you have chosen to purchase the label option, you’ll receive a lab report showing your results.
Your nutrition facts labels will be emailed to you in a file that you can download and print or incorporate them into your food label
