PCAS provides nutritional, shelf life, food safety and other food related information and results in our FDA compliant laboratory. Information and results provided are only as accurate as the sample received. PCAS is not responsible or liable for information or results provided.
PCAS clients are responsible for providing complete recipe and pre testing details, including ALL ingredients and ingredient quantities when used for creating a Nutritional Label or any other test. When nutritional information is not available via database lookup, the client can have the option of providing the nutritional information of that ingredient, or to opt for PCAS to use a USDA similar ingredient. PCAS is not liable for the accuracy of the label, panel or results. Only lab testing can an accurate nutritional value be determined. Once a completed final label is received, the client will have 5 days to review the label or results for errors. If errors are found, PCAS will make necessary label changes at no charge.
Any result dispute by client must be brought to the attention of PCAS within 30 days, as sample results are only stored for 15 days. Any retest are to be paid for by the client.
PCAS maintains the right to refuse service to any client. PCAS is not responsible or to held liable for any result provided. Each PCAS client indemnifies all results provided by PCAS.
All client questions or concerns must be brought to PCAS’s attention within 30 days of result delivery.
