Limitations of Liability

PCAS provides nutritional, shelf life, food safety and other food related information in our FDA compliant laboratory. This information is only as accurate as the information we receive from you. PCAS cannot be held responsible or liable for inaccurate information, packaging, product quality or supplier variations received by us or our client. Our customer is responsible for providing their complete recipe details, including ALL ingredients and ingredient quantities when used for creating a Nutritional Label. When nutritional information is not available to us through our database, the client can have the option of providing the nutritional information of that ingredient, or to opt for PCAS to use a USDA similar ingredient, with your approval. When using this option, PCAS cannot be held liable for the accuracy of the label. Only by lab testing can a accurate nutritional value be determined. Once you have received a completed final label, you will have 7 days to review your label for errors. If errors are found, PCAS will make the label changes with no charge to our customer. Any claims brought by clients against PCAS are limited to the cost of that service and must be brought forth within one (1) year after services have been completed.

All Other Services

All claims against PCAS must be brought to our attention within one (1) year from time we deliver our final results to our client. Damages or PCAS liabilities, if any, are limited to the cost of service(s) rendered.
